All orders are handmade and prepared with care.
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships.
During high‑volume seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on availability.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times vary by carrier, but most orders arrive within:

• 3–5 business days (U.S. domestic)

Please note: once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery delays are outside of my control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

I am not responsible for:

• Packages marked as delivered but not received
• Packages lost by the carrier
• Packages damaged during transit


If this happens, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Because all products are handmade, custom, and cannot be resold, all sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered under any circumstances.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can help resolve it.
