Thank you for shopping with Scent the Mood Candle Co. We take pride in creating handmade products with love and care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume times (such as launches or sales), processing may take up to 10 business days.
Custom orders or made-to-order items may require additional time. If so, it will be noted on the product listing.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer:
- Standard Shipping (USPS, UPS, or FedEx): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping yet.
Order Issues & Tracking
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact your local USPS or shipping carrier.
- If still unresolved, contact us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date at scentthemoodcandle@gmail.com so we can assist.
Scent the Mood Candle Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply.
Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. We do our best to ensure prompt delivery and will notify you of any known issues.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
