We have no return policy, 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Since our store is built on custom orders, we do not accept returns.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
No exchanges are allowed once the order has been shipped. If you change your mind on an item you want after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will change your custom order. Once the item has been shipped, we no longer accept exchanges, along with returns and refunds.
